Job Description
1. Relationship Management: · Manage relationships at client sites with individual users of Reuters services · Understand the information requirements of users and build value around Reuters products. · Work very closely with the concerned Account Managers 2. Product Support Knowledge & Training: · Delivering workflow based training sessions and running campaigns according to regional Client Training strategy. · Cooperates with "FAST" and "FASS" groups to re-insure the right level of contact for each end user. · Ensures end user data for assigned accounts is up to date. · Tracks all activities with clients in a timely and accurate manner. · Initiates and organises events at client sites. · Participates in certification programmes to increase knowledge on financial markets · Keeps up to date with development of financial markets and REUTERS product offering · Train the users at client sites on all subscribed products on an ongoing basis. · Organize classroom training sessions for clients as required · Provide in-house training for Sales support 3. Product /Client Feedback: · Submit regular reports on user activities and additional requirements to Sales Manager · Providing regular updates on competition activities at his/her accounts · Passing on opportunities to Account Manager/BDM for sale conversion in his/her accounts · Gathering information about job roles for clients within an assigned account and capturing this data in CRM · Knowledge of users/clients business
